About the Author
Malcolm Smith is a senior lecturer at the Queensland University of Technology, where he is a member of the Health Law Research Centre. His research focuses on the law and ethics associated with assisted reproductive technologies, as well as medical negligence and consent to treatment. He previously was a lecturer in Health Law at Griffith University’s School of Medicine.
