These procedures are some of the most commonly performed in general surgery, including cholecystectomy and hepatic resections. Both laparoscopic and open procedures will be covered.
"This is an excellent book, ideal for the chief, fellow, or faculty member preparing for these surgeries. It is more focused than the parent book, Fischer's Mastery of Surgery, 6th edition, Fischer et al.(Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2012). It would not be the best choice for a junior resident, who needs to read about basic anatomy, pathophysiology, and techniques."
