This volume is based on a NATO Advanced Research Workshop inthe Special Programme on Advanced Educational Technology. The objective of the workshop was to bring togetherresearchers producing software in the field of electricityeducation, and more generally in physics education, andresearchers involved in the connection between cognitivescience andthe learning of a well defined domain such aselectricity.
