Bondi is teaching the cadets how to dive under big waves. Everyone is nervous, especially Pounce. So he pretends he knows exactly what to do already.

Wannabe-hero joey Pounce, creative koala Frizzy, sports-phobic wombat Neville and mini-marine biologist and platypus Gemma are never far from fun - or danger. But under the guidance of grown-up lifeguards Bondi, Sandy and Big Trev, the cadets are on their way to becoming pint-sized heroes of sun, sea and sand.

Kangaroo Beach explores the familiar world of water play - on the beach, in the sea, in swimming pools, rivers and rock pools - with an essential message about water safety in every story.

Creator Tim Bain co-developed the series with Sydney-based Cheeky Little Media. Tim has written for the ABC TV hit series Bluey and the classic British children's series Fireman Sam.
