How much information can you retain after you read information or hear a presentation?
We normally are able to recall 10--20% of what we read or hear which can be detrimental if your profession relies on information in order to be successful. I developed this self-help book in order to explain how I was able to capture information and increase my ability to recall information that normally would have been lost. I developed a journaling system using Word where I was able to document and categorize information for easier recall when I needed the information. I've been able to journalize nearly 200 pages of information that normally I would have lost due to my limited ability to recall what I've read or heard.I now have due to my journaling system a wealth of information that I use frequently in my dual profession in academia and consulting. I also feel this journaling system can help other professionals, students, individuals who have challenges in recalling information, groups, teams, and organizations who desire to enhance their informational power.
