A lyrical, vivid picture book that explores the growth and continual change in a garden. A comfortable sotry about the cycle of life. Following the well known structure of The House That Jack Built, Isabella's Garden tells the tale of growth and seasonal change, beginning and ending with 'the seeds that slept in the soil all dark and deep' and how they bloom and florish and ultimately lead to new growth. Told with great warmth, this is a comforting story about the cycle of life in its many forms.

love this book

My 3yr old daughter adores this picture book. It has been written with a beautiful rhythm that means Daddy can even sing it as he reads and she sings along too. And don't even get me started on the picture it is simply a beautiful book.
