About the Author
Dr Nick Fuller is a leading obesity researcher in Australia and has been running the clinical research program at the Boden Institute, Charles Perkins Centre in the University of Sydney for the past decade. He has helped hundreds of people on their weight-loss and lifestyle journeys and investigated a broad range of topics including dietary and exercise programs, appetite hormones, commercial programs, complementary and conventional medicines, medical devices, and weight-loss surgery. He completed his doctorate on the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of different obesity weight-loss treatments, and has also completed degrees in exercise physiology and nutrition and dietetics.

I thought this book was absolutely fantastic. I work as a General Practioner and I have already started to apply these principles to help my patients. Just as importantly I have implemented the IWL way into my and my families lives. The book outlines a very clearly the plan to keep weight off for life and I would highly recommend this to anyone.
Sustainable Plan for Permanent Weight Loss
This book is a great follow up to the first book which outlines in detail this great plan to lose weight healthily and keep it off. After following this plan for a year and losing 10kgs, my cholesterol is now back within a normal range and I am no longer pre-diabetic.
The weight loss advice in this book is spot on. Dr. Fuller explains everything in simple to understand language and it makes perfect sense!
I'm about 10 kgs overweight, but I'm very confident that this book will not only help me lose the weight but keep it off too.
a great read
I've read both Interval Weight Loss books and even though I loved the first one, this is the best!! My mum has been following the plan for 8 months since the first book and she is 7 kg lighter. I finally convinced her after all this time to stop the diets and I tell anyone I can to follow this plan. This is the sort of message people have been in search for and not only did I enjoy reading the science behind it, it has turned my mum's life around. Good luck and do read.
Heard about this through a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed every page. It just made so much sense to me after a decade of dieting. I encourage everyone to have a read and take on board these messages. This book will do well.
