I open this almost every day for meal inspiration. I browse the rest for tips to be more sustainable in my food choices, purchase, useage and afterlife. Hoe-made bacon anyone? It's a little heavy on decorative extra squiggles and marks which is a style thing, but the book as a whole is high quality inside and out, beautifully produced. I would challenge anyone not to find a gem in here!
