About the Author
Cheri Huber has been a student and teacher in the Soto Zen tradition for more than 25 years. She is the founder of and teacher-in-residence at the Zen Monastery Practice Center in Murphys, California. She travels throughout the country and beyond, conducting workshops and retreats. Her gentleness, clarity, and humor provide support for the challenging and joyous work of spiritual growth. She is the author of ten books, among them: The Key and the Name of the Key Is Willingness, There Is Nothing Wrong With You, The Depression Book, The Fear Book, and Be the Person You Want to Find. Cheri is also one of the featured authors in The Fabric of the Future: Women Visionaries Illuminate the Path to Tomorrow, published by Conari Press.
