In this accessible uplifting guidebook, Cheri Huber shows us how to focus on bringing happiness into our lives. By facing things truthfully and looking at what blocks us from having, and being exactly what we want; we can free ourselves to be exactly who we want to be! She invites the reader to ask the following questions: What would I like to do, have, get or be that is different? What makes this a problem? How would I be different? What stops me from having what I want? Cheri Huber endured a great deal of unhappiness and tragedy in her early life. A close brush with death made her realize that she needed to change her approach to life and focus on finding happiness. She is a much loved teacher who has adapted Zen principles to help everyone find a more positive approach to life.
