About the Author

James Howe is the acclaimed author of more than seventy books for young readers, including the much-lauded Bunnicula and its sequels. James completed a degree in theatre studies at Boston University and moved to New York City, where he worked as an actor, model, director and literary agent. Encouraged by his late wife Deborah, he began writing children s books in the 1970s, and together they created Bunnicula, which won the Dorothy Canfield Fisher and the Nene.
