Delivering your order
Split Shipments

We may choose to split your shipment if items in your order have different shipping time frames. In Stock items will be shipped right away. Please note that we don’t charge you extra for multiple shipments.

Pick Up

We don’t offer an option to pick up an order from our Distribution Centre.

All items purchased on our website need to be shipped to a personal or a business address.

Tracking my order

We'll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number the same evening the item ships. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.

If your order is sent out in multiple shipments you will have multiple tracking numbers. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link is active as your parcel will need to be scanned by Australia Post at one of their facilities.
