All eBooks purchased through Booktopia are Digital Rights Management (DRM) protected and therefore cannot be copied, printed or downloaded outside Australia. If you make sure you’ve downloaded your eBook prior to leaving Australia, it can be read overseas.

Magazines can only be delivered to Australian addresses. The Subscription price includes all delivery and handling fees.
You can only purchase ONE subscription of a given magazine PER ORDER however you can order ONE subscription of MULTIPLE magazines within one order. Please be aware that if you want Subscriptions to go to 2 separate addresses you will need to place 2 separate orders.
Magazine Subscriptions can be purchased with any other product on our website however the restrictions regarding Australian Shipping Addresses and quantity limits will still apply.

All DVD players bought within Australia and New Zealand (prior to any modification) will have Region 4 set as the default region and many are able to play DVDs from any region. Any R4 disc available on Booktopia should be compatible with your player.
DVD & Blu-ray Classifications
Generally, all DVDs and Blu-rays released in Australia will be classified. Only a narrow range of films may be exempt from classification.
Issues with your DVD or Blu-ray title
Should you change your mind regarding your DVD or Blu-ray title, we are happy to provide a store credit for the cost of the item provided it is unopened (still shrink-wrapped), are in pristine condition and you’ve contacted us within 14 days.
We can provide instructions on how to return the item, however you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We are unable to accept returns if the product arrives back to our warehouse damaged, and the item will be mailed back to you.
If your item is faulty, you must message Booktopia with your order number and the problem with your item/s within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.^ back to top
