This is for the passionate....those that really want to change lifestyle. It is well written & easy to follow...however a lot of ingredients are necessary to have in your pantry...not for the one off meal or spontaneous evening. If I was a convert it would be great...


A recipe for better nutrition


Who said good nutrition was boring? Pete Evans follows the Paleo diet but without adhering strictly to that regime any person can take all the best parts from the cookbook, add it to their diet and benefit from the nutritionally excellent recipes. Desserts come without the hangover of knowing they aren't good for you and main meals open your eyes to new ways to use everyday items.
