As a migraine sufferer I bought this book feeling I had nothing to loose. I like the idea, the three simple steps and have since started the programme. unfortunately in places it is written like a promotion (just try the 1,2,3 method and you will find....) and had little scientific evidence (which is acknowledged) to back it up. There are also a few question marks against details...eg tomatoes....they suggest not eating as may be a trigger yet tomatoes are ingredients in suggested recipes. Anyway, there are lots of good bits, just take what you will....and be prepared to give up caffeine!
