I have only been following a mostly paleo lifestyle for less than 6 months. I have found this book to be easy to follow and full of delicious meals. I use it at least once a week and the family have a number of favourites. I love how the recipes are set up as meals - with accompanying sides set out next to each other.
The recipes are over complicated and all require many ingredients. I have been paleo cooking every meal for three years and these are the most time consuming. Not for anyone new to Paleo as this book will make you think it is too hard.
Massive respect for the writer and I enjoyed her first book much more
