Jasmine Hemsley (Author) Sisters Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley have taken the UK by storm since launching their family-run food business for people who want to live healthier, happier lives. Loved the TV show, great ideas. Unfortunately the book fell flat. Not very enticing photography and quite bland all in all. There are much better books in the paleo/ health category than this one, much more deserving of your money and time.
