My three-year-old daughter and I love reading this book together at bedtime. My daughter loves her shoes, so she is fascinated with the story. It's a great book for those who have older siblings hence gets a lot of hand-me-downs. It's important for them to have something they love and feel is theirs. There's also a bit of a twist with the ending and I think the book also subtly touches on the theme of sharing. This is yet another wonderful collaboration between Jane and Anna. Go Go comes to life in this beautifully written and illustrated book. Even with her little quirks and flaws, just like her silver shoes, Go Go still shines.
