    A comprehensive book that takes you on a food journey through Spain. Would recommend it for non-cooks for some cultural immersion or for intermediate cooks as a recipe book. Divided into the different areas of Spain with recipes written by chefs in the various locations it is very authentic Spanish food. Some of the recipe instructions are a little brief and some cooking knowledge is required to achieve the recipes. A great addition to the Lonely Planet Collection
