He doesn't say much; he has a bad temper. He's not exactly good-looking, which is not surprising seeing as he's stitched together from dead body parts. So it's no surprise that people run screaming when they see Frankenstein. But there's more to the monster. Did you know that a nineteen-year-old woman wrote the first story of Frankenstein? Did you know that the Frankenstein monster has appeared in hundreds of films and TV programmes all over the world? Learn more about the history and popular culture of this ghoulish monster and his mad-scientist creator.
