This book inspired me to eat healthy after the Christmas blow out.
Great book for weight loss. It explains everything in easy to read format. Very informative. Plus it has all the necessary recipes. Also has the calories per meal. Also has a shopping list for each particular kind of weight loss peculiarity. Like a weight loss Bible.
