Really terrible purchase

I have another of Michelle Bridge's cookbooks which is amazing but this one is crazy. The recipies are only good if you are starving yourself. 12wbt recommends 1500+ calories a day, these recipies are mostly less than 250. One meal plan is around 800 cals for the day. They are pretty much unusable unless you are hardcore dieting.
