Eloise Head, founder of Fitwaffle, began sharing easy and delicious recipes on social media in 2020 after becoming a personal trainer and realising that being healthy doesn't have to mean giving up the food you love - even if you have a massive sweet tooth. When the pandemic put the nation into lockdown, Eloise decided to build a community of bakers and foodies by sharing recipes to inspire, promote balance, spread joy and bring people together through the love of delicious food.
