Perfect companion for anxious folk

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this. 3/4 of the way through and I have dog-eared, circled, asterisked and underlined frequently. It is extremely well written and has allowed me to comes to terms with my own anxiety and has shed light on issues within myself that I was unaware of. Oh, how I needed this in my very early teens! The structure is perfect - I like that it is sort of wishy washy as it aligns well with the anxious mind (in my opinion). Extremely through, well written, well researched and overall a fantastic book.

A companion for those with anxiety

During the reading of this book I have had many moments in my daily life that have contributed to anxious episodes. One of the biggest downsides in these moments, is that no-one quite gets it. But, Sarah gets it. She bares herself, and shows that no matter what life looks like on the outside, the inside is its own beast and we must come to terms with it. There is no easy way out, no one-size solution, but her words at least in the moment they are read, offer some hope that we're not alone. The best thing I took from this book was her companionship.
