I have cooked 4 recipes from this book and each one was easy to cook and delicious. These are fasting recipes i would happily devour on a feast day. They do not taste like diet foods.

Great low calorie recipes

This book and its partner are a must if you are wanting to improve your health. Even if you don't want to do the diet, the recipes are very low cal and delicious (at least the ones I have tried). We are using the diet plan and having no trouble with the fasting, but it has only been a couple of weeks. The information in them is very helpful, and easy to understand.
