Depression and anxiety are now at epidemic levels. Why? Across the world, scientists have uncovered evidence for nine different causes. Some are in our biology, but most are in the way we are living today.

Lost Connections offers a radical new way of thinking about this crisis. It shows that once we understand the real causes, we can begin to turn to pioneering new solutions - ones that offer real hope.

I highly recommend this book for everyone

I recommend this book to many friends and colleagues while reading and once I finished, I purchased it as a gift for a very dear friend. It also help those who are not sufferers of depression or anxiety but want to develop a modern understanding of the subject.

Definitely worth a read.

The author was interviewed on ABC Radio and I was compelled to purchase the book. It's really easy to follow and backed up by others research. Only regret is I wished I got the book rather than ebook.
