Great approach to weight loss


I actually found myself buying both the ebook and paperback as I find the paperback easy to refer to. So my suggestion would be opt for the paperback as first point of purchase. It's a sensible and easy approach to weight loss - certainly not what I'm use to after 10 years of following diets and continually regaining weight. The plan enforced that you maintain your weight every second month so you're body adjusts to its new weight - I relate to this story as a middle aged female with an extensive history and failure following diets. I've lost 8kg since starting in September last year. Probably a bit slower than i hoped but I now have the confidence I will keep it off with this new way of life. Strongly encourage you to give it a read - the science is fascinating behind how our body works and this doc is certainly doing well as I've seen him on all sorts of programs including four corners and hear him regularly on Abc radio. Will be sure to keep recommending to everyone
