What an inspirational book! This is a wonderful message and page-turner. I've read it twice. I've also read the first book, Interval Weight Loss. They are both great, but this one is so much clearer and easier to follow. My dad and I have been following the plan for 6 months. Its an easy lifestyle change and the weight maintenance months are difficult to get your head around, but there is a clearly articulated reason for them based on science. This doc is all over the news and media. Everyone loves him and well done to him because its a message everyone needs to hear.
