I think this would be a great starter recipe book for someone just starting or has no knowledge on how to eat vegan/plant based. It's got really great basics e.g. smoothies, pancakes, dinners. Some recipes seem a bit repetitive when dealing with a type of meal e.g. all the smoothies but this makes a great reference for when you need to find a healthy recipe. Heaps of sweet luxury foods as well it's not all quinoa and kale!
