Bill Granger is one of Australia's leading cooks and food writers and is the author of six best-selling cookery books. His three restaurants in Australia are popular with locals and with visitors from overseas - and have now been joined by a Bills in Tokyo. He has just finished his 3rd television series, bills food, which is screened in 26 countries. Bill lives in Sydney with his wife, Natalie Elliott, and their three children.
