    Ordering through Booktopia was easy and it was delivered, without fuss, very quickly. I find fitness DVDs are getting harder and harder to source in the shops.

    I am a big fan of the 10 minute solution, it's excuse-proof exercise at it's best. This DVD comes with a resistance band that fits neatly into the case, so it's wonderful for travel. And the workouts are HARD! She makes it look easy, but I have been exercising for years and I definitely needed to use some modifications! I believe her when she says it will get results fast. I have done 2 of the workouts today (20 min in total) and I feel amazing.
