THE JAPANESE SELF-HELP BESTSELLER

Learn how to stop overthinking, reduce anxiety, and take back control of your mind with this empowering, science-backed guide - from an acclaimed neurosurgeon.

Seeing that person's face makes me feel anxious.
I wake up at night and replay the unpleasant conversations I had with them.
Every time someone mentions their name, I immediately want to change the subject.

We all have someone who lives rent-free in our heads: a colleague, partner, friend or family member who triggers stress, frustration or anxiety.

So why is it so hard to stop thinking about difficult people?

According to neurosurgeon and neurologist Dr Michihito Sugawara, the answer lies within our brain's survival instinct. When someone feels like a threat, your mind makes it impossible to ignore them, keeping you stuck in a cycle of overthinking and anxiety.

But you don't need to fight your brain, you can retrain it.

In the groundbreaking Japanese bestseller, Delete That Person From Your Brain, Dr Sugawara offers a revolutionary way out. Through simple, science-based techniques and real-life examples, you'll learn how to:

Break free from obsessive thinking and negative thoughts and emotions
Set mental boundaries with toxic or difficult people
Reduce anxiety and regain focus at work and in life
Redirect your thoughts towards personal growth, creativity and happiness

Blending neuroscience, self-help psychology and real-life case studies, this practical guide will help you take back control of your thoughts and finally feel at peace.
