An extremely helpful resource for DBT


It was about four years ago that I attended one-on-one DBT for Borderline Personality. Since I am currently unable to afford to attend psychology sessions, this book has been ammmmazing to work through alone. It not only to reinforce and refreshes the skills I had previously learnt four years ago, but it also introduced helpful skills I had not yet learnt with my therapist. The book is an actual workbook. It is interactive. It has worksheets to fill out, thoughtful activities to try, charts and logs to complete, and even meditations! This book is also for anyone and everyone. If you cannot afford to attend therapy, or you're looking for a refresher of the skills you once learnt, or a workbook as you'er attending DBT, or even a friend or family member of someone who's going through DBT, this book is perfect! I highly recommend this book, and DBT, not just for Borderline personality, but anyone who wants a more mindful and balanced life!

Excellent workbook for people who have mental health issues.


I bought this book for my daughter who has ComplexPTSD to help her work through her stress triggers. This book has and still is very good helping work through emotions and the after effects of stressful issues. I would recommend this book for anyone, but especially those who have mental health issues, regardless of diagnosis.
