About the author:
Meiron's passion to understand human behaviour started when he was just 12 years old where he was often seen at the local library churning through books on psychology. He knew that this was his calling and that one day he would share this knowledge and help others.
After completing his Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree Meiron became a director of a financial planning company in South Africa in 1991. Three years later he qualified to join the Million Dollar Round Table Association and in 1996 he formed a coaching and training division in the company.
In 2002 Meiron immigrated to Australia and founded InnerCents an organisation that is committed to the development of people through coaching and training programs in the areas of leadership, sales and stress management.
To date over 3000 leaders, managers, consultants and business owners have participated in his programs worldwide and he has won awards for his training excellence. His clients include companies such as IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Citibank, Harvey World Travel, MTV, Symantec, Westpac and MLC to name a few. He has also been a keynote speaker at many conferences and events.
Meiron's approach is fresh, dynamic and unique. His user-friendly and practical techniques enable participants to implement strategies that create meaningful and positive change. Meiron is committed to constant learning and improvement and ensures that his methodologies incorporate the latest research from both local and international sources.
He is a member of The Australian Institute of Training and Development, The Australian Institute of Management and The International Coach Federation.
