About the Author

Kyle Staggard is one of the online teachers and course developers of the Victorian Virtual Learning Network based at Bendigo Senior Secondary College in Victoria.

Peter Jones is a Professor Emeritus and formerly Head of the School of Mathematical Sciences at Swinburne University of Technology. He has been an active supporter of school mathematics over many years and helped pioneer the introduction of graphics calculators into Victorian schools.
Peter is a highly experienced writer of mathematical text and he is the lead author on two of the Essential VCE Mathematics textbooks. His area of expertise is applied statistics.

Kay Lipson’s experience extends through teaching mathematics and statistics at both secondary and tertiary level, as well as extensive periods as a VCE examiner. Kay is currently the Director of Strategy at Swinburne Online.

David Main is an experienced author having written a number of books in the area of General Maths and graphics calculators. He is currently Head of Mathematics, Preshil: The Margaret Lyttle Memorial School, Kew.
