It's a great source of nutritional diet information supported with great photography and easy to make recipes.



Great gift to help someone wanting to lose weight


This book had so much more information than expected. I've cooked 11 recipes so far and found them fast and easy to make, not to mention yummy to eat. I also found most recipes you can make enough to take extras to work the next day. Well worth the money and i have also given this book as a gift recently.
