We borrowed this first from the library to see if we'd actually make & like the recipes. Then were upset to have to return it we got our own and make something from it every week. Most of the ingredients you can readily find in Woolies, Coles or Aldi, unlike some other health cookbooks where you need to hunt down 20 speacialty healthfood shops before finding some of the ingredients. Recipes can also be altered to be vegetarian or vegan. Love this book.
