Recommended the book by the Counsellor I went to see about a 'difficult' work situation. Once I started to read the book, I found that with changing my thinking and accepting certain situations has indeed helped me. For me with the examples that were given and some of the 'exercise's' to undertake, it allowed me to expand and change my peceptions.
