In usual form, they have brought concise and clear writing accessible for lay to advanced audiences. They start with an orientation to the Canadian legal system and role of the courts. They then review many of the cases in the major practice domains relevant to current forensic practice. All sections are through the lens of an experienced forensic psychiatrist, making the information highly clinically relevant. This will undoubtedly become required reading and a resource for anyone practicing forensic mental health in Canada.
