For younger learners, Blueback is a beautiful introduction to conservation and caring about the environment. It’s the story of an Australian boy called Abel Jackson who lives by the sea and dives with his mother every day, eventually meeting Blueback, a huge fish. When developers come knocking, he and his mother must work to protect their piece of coastline.
