Film buffs from around the world have united in both triumph and dismay as the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the nominees for the 2020 Oscars earlier today. As always, it\u2019s the Best Picture award that gets most people buzzing, and I was happy to see that this year\u2019s list has a bit more of a literary lean to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With that in mind, I\u2019ve put together a reading list with a book for every Best Picture nominee at the 2020 Oscars. On this list, you\u2019ll find books that were adapted for the screen (like Jojo Rabbit<\/em> and Little Women<\/em>) as well as those which I think capture the feeling of a movie (like Marriage Story<\/em> or Parasite<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ford v Ferrari<\/strong><\/em> (dir. James Mangold)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
