Get ready.

Everyone’s favorite newsman Ron Burgundy is writing a tell-all memoir.

The legendary comic character, created by Will Ferrell and director Adam McKay, will grace our bookshelves soon as the world waits for the highly anticipated December release of the sequel to Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.

His upcoming book is titled Let Me Off at the Top!: My Classy Life and Other Musings.

The book follows the success of the Alan Partridge’s autobiography I, Partridge, which sold more than 200,000 copies in the UK after its release last year.

A statement issued on behalf Burgundy said: “I don’t know if it’s the greatest autobiography ever written. I’m too close to the work.”

“I will tell you this much: The first time I sat down and read this thing… I cried like a goddamn baby.”

“And you can take that to the bank.”

Let Me Off at the Top!: My Classy Life and Other Musings will be published by Random House Australia in December.
