Helen Fielding fans the world over have been going crazy as the cover of her new book Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy was released yesterday.
If you haven’t seen it, here it is. Drink it in….
I don’t know about you, but it looks like there are some clues to the plot here, no?
– Teddy Bear.
– Toy Giraffe and Dinosaur.
– Heels kicked off.
– The title Mad About The Boy
That’s right, it looks like Bridget has married a prominent zoologist who doesn’t like her wearing shoes inside.
Wait, do you think….? Has Bridget had a child?
It certainly looks that way. Has she finally found peace in her crazy crazy world. Has she settled down and started a family? Or is she still on the lookout for the perfect life? Does she want perfect family?
Helen Fielding revealed recently that the latest story will show Bridget, who now uses Twitter and has an appalling lack of followers, more ‘grown up’.
But she is ‘never going to change really,’ said the author.
It looks like we won’t know anything until October, when the 14 year wait for another book in the series finally comes to an end.
