Excellent overview of Immunology
I have a Masters in Business (no degree in science) but I work in Stem Cells. I needed a solid grasp of basic Immunology. This book is clear and concise and at times rather fascinating. It is a complex topic but the authors ensure to explain everything logically and methodically. One of the authors is a Harvard person so you're in good hands in terms of the reliability of the content. If like me, you are mostly new to science but want some expert insights and an overview of the complicated micro-environment of Immunology, then reading this book is a great way to do just that.
