The newly opened Spice Temple in Sydney embodies his love of Asian food. Neil's enviable international reputation as an influential chef is due to his passion for great food and tireless commitment to excellence - qualities which have brought him to the forefront of modern Australian cooking. Neil has also been creating menus for Qantas for more than seven years, redefining in-flight menus and service and has his own Fresh Food label. Balance & Harmony is Neil Perry's fifth book. He lives in Sydney with his wife Samantha and daughters Josephine, Marcy and Indy.
