A high-flying international supermodel in the 1990s, Lorraine Pascale has now turned her hand to baking. I've only made a couple of things but Lorraine is good because she adds extra bits that other recipes don't, such as quick and new ways to do things and she explains what you can avoid doing if you are pressed for time
