Accompanied throughout by striking imagery, this important book is as beautiful as it is informative, and will become the benchmark reference for anyone interested in cooking and eating fish and seafood.

Comments about Australian Fish and Seafood Cookbook:

Love the illustrations and passion of the authors , however I feel a little let down by the recipe selection.
For example " Deep fried flathead and chips" ," Bream with Ponzu Sauce", "Mulloway with Brussel sprouts, bacon and Sage!" !!! Come on guys... Can't we do better with our beautiful seafood? When I buy a cookbook I want recipes that I go to again and again , I don't get that feeling with this one.
