About the Author
After meeting at Art College, ROSS and AMY became a couple in life and not that long afterwards partners in business. They like to make the most of living (and eating) in London and the fantastic melting pot of opportunity and inspiration they have found in the city they call home. This paired with their love of travel brings exotic notes to all of their recipes. Their marshmallow adventure began after their first batch was tested by friends and were a huge success.
Since then The London Marshmallow Company has grown from strength to strength. After officially launching in April 2013, the duo have appeared at an array of food markets and fairs across London and featured in countless media publications worldwide. In October 2013 they started to trade at Broadway Market in Hackney, East London - one of the most exciting street food markets in London.
"I have been promoting your book to customers of the U.K. Cook Shop where I am resident expert one day a week in the run up to Christmas and have inspired quite a few people to give mallows a try, and sold lots of sugar thermometers! I am a huge fan of the book because the recipes work so well which is brilliant for beginners, gives a real confidence boost, it is so foolproof!" The Garden Chef Ltd
