About the Author

Ness Knight is an adventurer, broadcaster and writer based in the UK. She has completed challenges and expeditions all over the world: paddleboarding 1000 miles, cycling solo across America and traversing the Namib Desert solo. She was also the first woman in history to swim the Thames River from source to London. Her BBC adventure programmes are broadcast in over 20 countries. This is her first book for children.
