Another classic by Matt Fitzgerald

I was looking to improve my half and marathon times. Having heard about slowing down to go faster I thought I would give this book a read and perhaps give the training plans a try. I was not not disappointed. knocking 29 mins of my marathon time and 4 mins 30 off my half marathon time, I know what strategy I will contine to use in the future. Well researched, easy to read and understand Fitzgerald explains things to the smallest detail. If you commit 100% to the concepts then it can only better your performance. If its good enough for the Kenyans...then why not?
