So 80/10/10 wow. What an eye opener. During reading the book I did research and checked what was said. The results of multiple people sold me on it. I have now implemented the diet and I have gone from eating 5 eggs a day and meat 3-4 meals a day down to 2 meals with meat a week ( I am 3 weeks in) and this is decreasing.
A must read for anyone who holds their health high or needs the change. I am a young healthy male and trying to put weight on. I initially lost some weight but now gaining.
80 10 10 is truly an amazing read. If you are keen about transforming your life through optimal nutrition that not only gives you the best chance at living your best life but helps save the planet and animals along the way then this book is for you!
