About the Authors

Tyrone Thomas is the author of Australia’s most successful walking guidebook series. Born in Victoria, and educated at the University of Melbourne, Tyrone now pursues his interests in bushwalking, writing and gardening. He has inspired many thousands to take to the great outdoors.

Andrew Close is a trained horticulturalist and has established his own horticultural business called Close To The Earth. He has accompanied Tyrone on many walks. Andrew’s botanical knowledge and photographic skills have brought a new dimension to this best-selling series.
